We are currently looking for Contact Support Workers to work at the Children’s Contact Service.  This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children. You will be required to promote the welfare of child/ren during either a visit or handover to a parent/guardian by supervising interactions and behaviour in order to ensure the child/ren feel safe and comfortable in the situation.
To be eligible you will need:

• Tertiary degree in Psychology, Social Work or Social Sciences or working towards such or Certificate 1V in relevant areas;
• Experience in engaging clients in a human service setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Available to work weekends.
