Bridges Program

The Bridges Program provides support services to people with a disability, to help them achieve their personal goals, aspirations and potential.

We provide an individually focused Life Skills program that is tailored to suit the person's interests, skills and abilities. Our Support Workers act as mentors and role models, and assist in linking our clients into the local community.

Our goal is to assist with life long learning and skill development whilst having fun at the same time.

Bridges provides services to all people who are eligible to receive funding from Disabilities Service Commission. Where such funding is not available, an individual may pay for the service privately.

Bridges mainly supports people living in the Great Southern and South West areas of Western Australia , including Albany , Bunbury , Collie, Katanning and Narrogin . However, we can establish support networks for clients in other regions where required.
