Making Ends Meet
Making Ends Meet (MEM) offers assistance to couples, sole parent families and families that are employed either part or full time. With ongoing participation in financial counselling, Anglicare WA hopes to give families in crisis a foundation on which to build a financially sound future.
Anglicare WA 's 'Making Ends Meet' program offers support to families in financial crisis. With the support of a generous donation, through Inspired Futures, Anglicare is offering grants to families in need throughout Rockingham, Kwinana , Mandurah and adjoining communities.
The Making Ends Meet program has been created to provide targeted, professional support and financial assistance to working families who are in private rental and experiencing significant 'housing stress'.
Making Ends Meet can:
- Help you n egotiate repayment plans for any outstanding bills
- Teach you how to budget and manage your finances
- Pay some bills
- Provide support, and
- Link you to other useful services
Making Ends Meet is for you if you are:
- Renting privately (not throug h Homeswest )
- A family
- Working
- In stable accommodation for 6 months or more
- Paying an increasing amount in rent, and
- Living in City of Mandurah or Rockingham or Kwinana , or working with and Anglicare WA Financial counsellor
