Stabilising Tenancies Anglicare Rockingham (STAR)
The Supported Tenancy Anglicare Rockingham assists people who are struggling to maintain their tenancy through strength based case management. This may include problems with rent arrears, standards or other issues impacting on your ability to keep your tenancy.
The Supported Tenancy Anglicare Rockingham (STAR) program can:
- Help you negotiate with your landlord and other parties in respect of your private rental
- Mediate conflicts
- Give you useful information
- Help you with budgeting
- Link you to other useful services, and
- Provide support
STAR is for you if you are:
- Renting privately (not through Homeswest), and
- Living in City of Rockingham or Kwinana
