Becoming a Carer

If you are interested in becoming a Fostering Futures carer, please complete the following questionnaire then simply click the Submit button to email them to us at Fostering Futures. These initial questions will give us an idea of your suitability as a carer. When we receive your form we will contact you either by phone or email to discuss your interest in fostering. If you would like further information about caring for children and young people or about Fostering Futures, please look at the Foster Futures Frequently Asked Questions page or email us at fosteringfuturesstaff@anglicarewa.org .

	Are you 25 years or over? Is your marital status or relationship stable and unchanged over the past year? Are you physically, emotionally, and financially stable? Have you had a major illness or trauma during the past 12 months? Will you be able to provide the young person with his or her own room and storage space?
