Information and Support Pack for those concerned about someone who is distressed or suicidal.

Addressing a need in the community for the provision of relevant information for those supporting someone who is distressed or suicidal, the Office for Children and Youth, together with the Ministerial Council for Suicide Prevention has produced this information pack to help parents and carers better support those being affected by suicidial thoughts.

Printed versions of this document are aslo available by telephoning the Office for Children and Youth on (08) 6217 8400 ot 1800 281 116 (freecall).

An information brochure for Aboriginal youth, produced by Aboriginal youth in conjunction with mental health experts. It offers youth-friendly advice and information on the value of seeking help and where to go.

Copies are being distributed through service agencies dealing with Aboriginal youth. Copies can be obtained from the Office for Youth by calling 08 6217 8400 or Freecall 1800 281 116. A pdf can also be downloaded below.
