Family and Domestic Violence Support Services

Anglicare WA provides quality services that address all aspects of violence within families. All family and domestic violence services comply with the Family and Domestic Violence Policy Unit's Best Practice Models.  

The Family and Domestic Violence Services provide a range of therapeutic, educational and support services for women, men, and adolescents, including:

  • Case management with other service providers and government departments as appropriate.
  • The provision of clinical supervision for staff, and workers from other organisations as contracted.
  • The provision of professional, competency based training programs for professionals working in the field.

The following Family and Domestic Violence Services are offered through Anglicare WA :

Albany Women's Centre
Albany women's centre provides a ccommodation and outreach services for women and children who are leaving or living with family and domestic violence .

Changing Tracks
Changing Tracks is a 20 week group work program and individual counselling for those who are violent and abusive in relationships .

Children's Family and Domestic Violence Counselling
Children's Family and Domestic Violence Counselling provides group and individual counselling for children from families who exposed to or are living with family and domestic violence.

Domestic Violence Advocacy Support Service
This service provides immediate access to support and advocacy for people who are experiencing family and domestic violence.

Kalgoorlie Accommodation Support Service (KASS)
Assists women escaping domestic violence and helps them access and maintain Homeswest accommodation .

Reclaiming Our Lives
Group work and individual counselling for people experiencing family and domestic violence .

Victim Support Service
Victim Support Service offers support and advocacy to all victims of crime.
