MensTime
MensTime is an Anglicare WA run program for men, funded by the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs ( FaHCSIA ), providing relationship counselling, support, referrals and relevant and practical groups for men.
Why Come to MensTime?
If you're lucky you can talk things through with your mates, but even that is not always enough. Sometimes you need a little more structure and information. That's when talking to a professional counsellor, or attending a group will help you learn more about yourself and others, and help you develop new skills to take you to where you want to be in your life.
Counselling
MensTime Counselling has been developed by men, for men, and can help with issues relating to separation, parenting, relationships, depression, anxiety, anger regulation, work issues, grief and loss, communication and conflict resolution.
MensTime counsellors are tertiary qualified and experienced and are located in East Perth and Joondalup, with evening appointments available.
MensTime Groups
MensTime seminars and group programs cover a variety of topics and issues such as: Relationship skills, depression, separation, fathering, emotion regulation, domestic violence, assertiveness skills and coping with stress.
Groups are usually held at Anglicare WA 's East Perth and Joondalup offices and in the community.

Workplace Seminars
MensTime also provides workplace seminars to organisations on issues affecting men such as balancing work and family, and conflict resolution.
