Fathers Empowering Sons
What is it?
Fathers Empowering Sons is program designed by dads for dads. The purpose is to support dads to develop strong and healthy relationships with their sons. To come together and to share knowledge, learn new skills and have a great time together. The program uses the Circle of Courage (belonging, mastery, independence, and generosity) as the foundation to build healthy and productive relationships.
Who is it for?
- This program is for any dad who has a son aged between 6 -12
- For dads who feel that they need help and support with their son
- To build on the good relationship you may already have with your son
- It is also designed to help and support men who are in care of children such as foster carers, grandparent etc.
Where and When does run?
- The Group is over 4 Saturdays starting at 10:30am and finishing 12:30pm with a retreat on the 5th Saturday.
- The group is held at our East Perth Office.
What is involved?
- Group discussions and learning about the circle of courage and how it can be incorporated it into our lives.
- Excellent opportunity to meet other dads and carers and share experiences
- Enormous occasion for learning and personal growth
- Facilitated by experience and passionate professionals
- Opportunity to get away with your son and to learn from each other.
