What Happens in Counselling?
Sessions last for approximately one hour. Counselling sessions will concentrate on your concerns and how you can work to resolve them. Counsellors do not make judgments on who is right or wrong and are not there to 'take sides'. Your counsellor will work in a way that specifically addresses your unique concerns.
