Self Esteem and Changing Negative Thinking
Having healthy, positive self esteem makes us feel good about who we are and affects everything we do. This seminar will challenge negative beliefs about ourselves and plan strategies for building and maintaining positive self esteem.
By the end of the seminar participants will be able to:
- To define negative thinking
- Understand negative thinking in relation to self esteem
- To recognise patterns of negative thinking
- To understand the effects of negative thinking, and
- To learn some strategies to change negative thinking.
