We Can Work It Out (Conflict Resolution)
Conflict is inevitable in all relationships at times. This seminar gives participants an understanding of conflict while exploring creative strategies for managing it so that relationships are strengthened.
At the completion of the We Can Work it Out seminar participants will have:
- Differentiated between win/lose and win/win approaches to conflict resolution
- Discussed specific strategies for building and maintaining goodwill within the relationship, and
- Examined a seven-step problem solving model
