Challenging the Fury Within: Strategies for Regulating Anger
We may not always be able to control what happens to us, but we can learn to regulate our emotional response to setbacks. Learn a range of skills to address those distressing angry emotions, which may otherwise put your health and relationships at risk.
At the completion of the Challenging the Fury Within course, participants will have tools to:
- Differentiate between anger and aggression
- Identify their physical cues
- Identify their mental cues
- Identify why they want to change
- Convert anger into requests/ solutions
- Construct thought charts
- Reduce the time you spend angry and the harm it causes you, and
- An action plan for change.
