  • Recognise poor communication styles and why it is easy to communicate poorly
  • Learn how to communicate effectively about crucial or sensitive issues.
  • Use reflective listening techniques to maximise emotional closeness despite differences in opinion, and
  • Understand some key personality differences and how they effect relationship
