Connect for Life

Being a carer can be a hard journey. Connect for Life provides a range of flexible respite and support options for carers and families of people with severe psychosocial disability and carers of people with an intellectual disability.

What is Connect for Life Carer Support Services?

Connect for Life Carer Support Services provides a range of flexible respite and support options for carers and families of people with a severe diagnosable mental illness, Autism Spectrum Disorder and intellectual disabilities. The service has been established to address the impacts of caring.

The aim of these services is to provide support to carers and families to maintain their caring role whilst making the transition to NDIS and is aimed at assisting you as a carer to sustain your relationship and to enhance your own well-being.
