This workshop will help parents to recognise, understand, and manage their children's patterns of worry and anxiety.
We are all hardwired for some level of anxiety - it’s part of our survival skillset so we can react to a potential threat.
Sometimes, though, that instinct jumps into overdrive and starts impacting on our daily lives and thinking patterns.
This workshop will explore:
- Recognising your child’s ‘worrying traits’
- Some strategies to help them (and you) manage their fears
- When to seek outside help
