Future Planning Workshops

Estate and Wills Information Sessions are FREE to attend and designed to bring clarity and comfort for you, your family and your friends when planning for this part of your future.

Discussions include estate planning, Will writing and other legal topics and documents. There is also an opportunity to ask questions throughout the hour-long sessions.

These sessions are available in-person or online, depending on the latest COVID-19 restrictions.

You will receive an information booklet and other materials to help you plan for your Will with our pro-bono lawyer.

To ensure you feel prepared, we can answer any questions you may have before your appointment. We will then introduce you to a trusted solicitor who will draft your essential Will. The fee for this service is small and takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

Please note: Codicils, complex Wills, Power of Attorney, Guardianships, Trusts or other services may incur a fee. Further charges, if any, will be discussed and agreed upon before any services commence and will be at a charitable rate.

To help limit the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), Anglicare WA may have to change event times and locations, or cancel an event.  We will advise registered attendees of any changes to event scheduling as they occur.

As part of these adjustments, we will need to keep a record of attendance to in-person events, including contact details of the attendees. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms before the event, we ask that you inform us.
