Board Leadership and Oversight

In 2018, Anglicare WA’s Constitution was amended to align with updates to the Associations Incorporation Act, reinforcing our commitment to legal compliance and organisational excellence.
Governance Framework
To support effective leadership and decision-making, the Board operates under a comprehensive Policy Governance Manual for Directors, which includes:
- CEO Limitations Policy – outlining boundaries within which the CEO must operate
- Board/Executive Linkages Policy – clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of the Board and the CEO
These policies ensure a clear separation of governance and management, enabling the Board to focus on strategic oversight while empowering the executive team to lead day-to-day operations.
