The Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY) is a two-year, home-based early childhood learning and parenting program offered by Anglicare WA. This program is designed to empower parents and carers to be their child's first teacher, fostering a positive learning environment at home. Key aspects of HIPPY include:
