- The Financial Wellbeing Collective deliver the program to Synergy customers in Perth metro and the wider WA regions, ranging from Kalbarri, down to Albany and out to Kalgoorlie.
- Phone coaching is provided, offering a convenient way to access the program. Phone coaching is available 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Home assessments are available 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
In-home Energy Audits
We’re here to support you in making your home more comfortable and helping you save money on your energy bills. One of our friendly energy coaches can visit your home to show you simple ways to use less energy, help adjust your appliances, so they work better, and give you a personalised energy report with easy tips and a plan for the future. You’ll also receive up to $100 worth of free energy-saving products to help you get started.Phone coaching
You can get two one-on-one coaching sessions with one of our friendly energy coaches, spread across two billing cycles. During these sessions, you’ll learn how to better understand your Synergy bill and manage your energy use in ways that work for you. You’ll also receive personalised advice to help make your home more energy efficient, so you can feel more comfortable and in control.Community workshops
You’ll learn simple ways to reduce the amount of energy your household uses, with tips that are easy to follow and put into action. Along the way, you’ll also have the chance to connect with others in your community who are working towards the same goal—saving energy and lowering bills together.Individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.
