About
Momentum QP provides residential support for young people aged 16-24 experiencing mental health challenges, with or without co-occurring alcohol and other drug (AOD) issues, helping them transition to independent living.
The service is a state-wide service which will assist young people in their recovery and to obtain suitable, safe and stable accommodation in the community. The accommodation offered is close to Perth city, so please contact the service for more information.
