The Domestic Violence Advocacy and Support Service provides support and advocacy to adult victims of family and domestic violence, giving them a voice and support with agency referrals and counselling. 

What is the Domestic Violence Advocacy Support Service?

The free service provides support and advocacy to adult victims of family and domestic violence.

The support provided by this service includes:

  • Information about safe accommodation options
  • Referral to other relevant agencies
  • Advocacy on victim's behalf to other agencies
  • Support with legal and court proceedings
  • Police liaison
  • Education and information about family and domestic violence
  • Emotional support

Locations

Based in Katanning, the Domestic Violence Advocacy Support Service covers all communities within a 100km and is available upon walking in.
