About
Kalgoorlie Women's Housing Support Service (KWHSS) delivers person centered case-managed support to women, with or without children experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The service helps clients secure and maintain safe, stable, and long-term housing.
KWHSS works proactively with individuals to engage housing providers across public, community, and private sectors to find suitable accommodation or prevent eviction. When current housing is unsafe or inappropriate, women and children are supported to navigate alternative long-term options.
In addition to housing assistance, KWHSS offers warm referrals to essential services tailored to individual needs, including family violence support, financial counselling, substance use treatment, legal aid, health care, education, employment, and other relevant supports.
