About
The Family Housing Program provides supported accommodation to families experiencing homelessness.
It offers up to 12 months transitional housing alongside a personalised support plan to help families build stability and work toward long-term, independent housing.
The program has homes across the metropolitan area. Most properties are three and four bedroom houses located close to schools, community facilities, and public transport.
