The STAR service offers support and advocacy for families and individuals living in private rental housing within the local government areas of Rockingham or Kwinana.
We assist people who are experiencing challenges in maintaining their tenancy by providing personalised case management focused on their goals.
The STAR services aim is to intervene early, before debts escalate, tenancy issues worsen, or eviction proceedings begin. Support continues until the tenancy is stable.
