Street Connect is a low barrier, youth outreach and case management service for young people aged 15 – 25 years who are rough sleeping or experiencing homelessness. 

The service is delivered by a dedicated team of Youth Workers who provide outreach via the Street Connect bus in and around the CBD and case management based on a young persons needs.
