About
Sunshine is a relational coaching model designed to create the conditions for families to grow their own version of a Good Life. Through a strengths-based approach, Sunshine Coaches work alongside families over an 18-month period, supporting them to identify their Good Life goals and take meaningful action toward achieving them.
While each family’s journey is unique, plans typically include steps toward:
- Meeting basic needs
- Promoting healing and wellbeing
- Building connection and contribution to community
- Discovering purpose and aspirations
The model is delivered through progressive stages of coaching, where support gradually decreases as families strengthen their confidence and connections with natural supports. This approach ensures sustainability and empowers families to thrive beyond the program.
As part of its growth strategy, Sunshine is expanding into East and West Kimberley, extending its impact to more families in remote communities. This expansion will bring culturally responsive coaching and resources to regions where family empowerment and community connection are vital for long-term wellbeing.
