Safety planning services help individuals create strategies to stay safe in dangerous situations, such as domestic violence. This can include developing a personalised safety plan, identifying safe places, and connecting with support services.Case management
Case management services provide personalised support to individuals, helping them navigate various systems and access the resources they need. Case managers work closely with clients to develop plans that address their specific needs and goals.Individuals and families affected by domestic violence.
The service is suitable for children and young people who may be having a tough time as a result of observing or being impacted by family violence. This service is for people who are living with, escaping, or healing from family or domestic violence. We offer safety planning, emotional support, and help with next steps.
