The Private Tenancy Support Service (PTSS) offers individual case management to help people keep their housing stable and secure.
We work with people who are experiencing tenancy issues, such as rental arrears or difficulties meeting lease conditions, to find practical solutions.
PTSS supports people by linking them with relevant services, including financial counselling and legal advice. When a tenancy can no longer be sustained, we also help people explore alternative housing options. Our focus is on building skills and connecting people to supports that promote long-term housing stability.
Available in the Southwest Metro (Fremantle to Rockingham).

If you require urgent housing, please call Crisis Care on 1800 199 008 or Entry Point on 1800 124 684 for assistance.
However, due to WA's accommodation shortage, options are currently limited.

- Support is delivered in a flexible, person-centred way, offering short- to medium-term assistance to help people sustain their private tenancy.
- Face-to-face appointments are available at our Rockingham office, with phone support offered as needed.
Housing Case Managers can assist you with:
- Identifying areas where you may need extra support and working with you to develop a plan to address issues impacting your tenancy.
- Negotiating with your landlord or property manager about tenancy matters, including setting up payment plans for rent arrears.
- Providing basic budgeting guidance to help you manage household expenses.
- Linking you with appropriate support services such as financial counselling, emergency relief, and tenancy or legal advice.
- Exploring alternative housing options with you if your current tenancy is no longer sustainable.
People who are renting privately in the Southwest Metro and are navigating tenancy challenges.
Individuals or families who live in the Southwest Metropolitan area (Fremantle to Rockingham) and who are renting through a real estate or private landlord.
