No Place for Poverty is hosting a free art exhibition featuring real postcards written by children about poverty in Western Australia.

Young Voices for Change started as a project by No Place for Poverty asking a simple question: "How does poverty in WA make you feel?"

Children across WA shared their answers at last year's AWESOME International Arts Festival for Bright Young Things held in Perth CBD. At a table stocked with markers, pens and a big pile of postcards, children handwrote their own messages. Some were heartfelt thoughts and some were inspiring calls for action. All of them honest and meaningful.

Now these postcards have come together as a roaming art installation. Young Voices for Change brings these powerful young messages into public spaces inviting us to pause, reflect, and consider the kind of WA we want for the next generation.
