Affordable Housing for All

Anglicare WA’s “Ensuring Everyone Has a Home” initiative is a powerful advocacy campaign aimed at addressing the urgent need for safe, secure, and affordable housing across Western Australia. Rooted in the belief that housing is a fundamental human right, this initiative highlights the systemic barriers that prevent many individuals and families from accessing stable accommodation.

Through community engagement, policy advocacy, and support services, Anglicare WA is working to create a future where everyone has a place to call home

Our Goal

We’re advocating for a community in which all Western Australians have access to safe, secure housing. Our work has given us 50 years of insight into the barriers preventing people accessing safe, affordable, appropriate housing, which underpins our fight for meaningful solutions.

The Problem

We want a community in which everyone has access to life’s basic necessities. Over 3.7 million people in Australia are living under the poverty line of 50% of median income.
