About
The Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Housing Support Service offers personalised case management for people experiencing housing challenges related to substance use.
Working in partnership with Palmerston, we support people to work towards their housing goals while they are engaged in AOD counselling and treatment. The service also links people with practical resources and strategies to support long-term, positive outcomes.
Available in the Southwest Metro (Fremantle to Rockingham) and Peel regions.

Who is this service for:
Individuals who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of homelessness, and are referred from their AOD treatment provider.

This is a free service.

We don’t operate a waitlist, but the service may occasionally close temporarily during periods of high demand.
