About
YTHSP is designed to assist young people aged between 16-25 years with mental health challenges, with or without co-occurring alcohol and drug issues to participate more in their community, social and economic life. The personalised program offers a variety of support services that help meet individual goals and needs, including support with everyday skills, maintaining safe accommodation, and accessing other services.
With YTHSP, young people can stay in the accommodation for up to three years or until they turn 25.
Our aim is to improve young people’s wellbeing and help in their recovery, supporting them to become more independent and have better quality of life. With our support young people develop an Individualised Recovery Plan which is a guide to a young person's goals and how they would like to be supported to live well in the community.
