YES! Housing (Youth Externally Supported Housing) Program has been operating for 30 years assisting various family groups, individuals, couples and young families aged 15-25 years old, who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
YES! Housing offers holistic outreach case management to young people to support them to achieve self- identified goals in the Perth Metropolitan Area (Joondalup to Rockingham).
YES! Housing understands current complexities contributing to young people’s barriers in securing safe and stable housing. Exploring relevant specialist services, case coordination, this is done through case management support, advocacy and referrals.
YES! Housing has Aboriginal Inclusions workers and a Parenting specialist who are able to coordinate Cultural and Parenting support, groups and workshops.
