Setting up your email signature

Your email signature lets people know your contact details, role, and other important information about you. It is important that everyone's email signatures look unified to show that we are all part of the same organisation and to maintain a professional brand appearance.

Outlook desktop

The desktop version of Outlook is a program that is on your computer. You open it through the Start Menu, or by clicking an icon from your home screen. You do not have to have your internet browser open to access the desktop version of Outlook.

Outlook web

You can access the web version of Outlook through your internet browser. You may open this version of Outlook from a bookmark in your browser window, or through the Office 365 portal. You must have an internet browser open to access this version of Outlook.

Once you have set up your email signature

Please send an email to marketing@anglicarewa.org.au to show us your signature once you've set it. If you have any trouble, you can also contact us at this address for support.
