Parent and Adolescent Counselling Service

Relationships between parents and adolescents can be volatile, funny, exhausting, embarrassing, and confusing for both sides. The Parent and Adolescent Counselling Service explores new and effective ways for family members to communicate and encourage both parents and young people to understand and consider their family members' needs.

What is the Parent and Adolescent Counselling Service?

The free service is designed for young people 12-18 years old and their parents or carers who are frustrated or experiencing conflict.

The Parent and Adolescent Counselling Service provides:

  • Counselling to individuals, families and groups
  • Parenting workshops and seminars
  • Referrals to other services
  • Mediation and assistance to resolve family conflicts
