Our commitment to accessibility


As a person centred and fiercely inclusive organisation, Anglicare WA is committed to ensure that the daily experience of people with disability is one of inclusion.

Accessibility Action Plan  

The Access and Inclusion Working Group identified six outcomes which form the basis of our Accessibility Action Plan. This plan builds on our culture of inclusion and belonging for people with disability and includes:

  1. Service and event accessibility 
  2. Premises and facilities 
  3. Communication and information 
  4. Skills and knowledge 
  5. Consultation and feedback 
  6. Employment and workplace adjustments

The Accessibility Action Plan outlines Anglicare WA's continued commitment to further improving the inclusion and wellbeing of workers, participants and clients with disability. It also aims to help people with disability and those who share their lives feel engaged and empowered within the community.
