The Consultant advises and consults on innovation in service delivery, research, advocacy and policy and their intersection with Anglicare WA’s service delivery.

Our Consultants require a Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, and Counselling or other relevant field and experience in the related field.

Our Corporate Services provide essential support to the services and programs at Anglicare WA. The Corporate Service areas include Finance, Facilities Maintenance, People and Culture, Customer Services, Occupational Safety and Health, Quality and Risk Management, and Information Technology.

The Finance section of Anglicare WA accounts for revenue, expenditure, salaries, property and the processing of financial transactions, financial reporting and other financial functions. 

The Customer Services team focusses on the delivery of training, telephony, document management and travel. 

The Information Technology (IT) team utilise new technologies for our programs to be able to provide quality integrated client services to the community.  The team aim to increase technological efficiencies within the organisation in terms of better administration, communication and internal service delivery. The team also support system users through help with software and hardware applications and fault correction in networked equipment.

The Facilities Maintenance team ensures we have a safe, effective physical environment that supports and enhances the mission of Anglicare WA. This includes procurement, building maintenance, office relocations, vehicles, and insurance.

Requirements

For a career in IT at Anglicare WA you are required to hold a tertiary qualification in the relevant field and relevant experience in the related field. 

For a career in Facilities, Finance, or Customer Services you will need to have relevant experience to the position and are not required to hold a tertiary qualification.

Our Counsellors and Facilitators provide a professional and confidential counselling service to West Australians and empower them to rise above tough times.

The Counselling services provided through Anglicare WA involve the following areas:

• Separated Families
• Family and Domestic Violence – perpetrators and victims
• Sexual Abuse
• Bereavement/Suicide
• General counselling for children, individuals, couples, and families

Requirements

All of our Counselling positions require you to hold a Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Science, Counselling and/or Masters in related discipline. You will also need to be eligible for a membership with a respective professional body.

Service Managers

We have Service Managers at each of our main sites who are responsible for guiding their employees to be their best and actively engage with stakeholders to ensure services best meet the needs of the communities in which they operate. The sites that our Service Managers are based at include: Joondalup, East Perth, Gosnells and Armadale, Kalgoorlie, Bunbury, Albany, Katanning, Mandurah, Rockingham, Broome and Kununurra.

We have four Regional Managers work working across North West, South West and Perth metro.

Regional Managers

We have four Regional Managers working across the North West, South West, North Metro, and South Metro. These positions ensure the delivery of high quality integrated services, which contribute to enabling individuals, families and communities in the region, to cope with the challenges of life.

Program Managers

There are several exciting management roles that are responsible for a specific program including Youth and Residential, Mental Health, Child and Parent Centre, Disability Services, Corporate Services, Marketing and Partnerships, oversee all our Op Shops and Retail Development.

All of our Management positions require you to hold a Bachelor degree in the related discipline and demonstrated management experience.

The People and Culture team work to support our broader Corporate Strategic Plan, through delivery of services in recruitment, workforce planning, learning and development, people issues, safety priorities, performance management and volunteer opportunities.  The team ensure our leadership practices empower people, drive a healthy and safe workplace, and act as an advocate for employees.  We have positions in People & Culture, OSH, Learning and Development and Volunteering.

Service Development and Compliance

Our Service Development and Compliance team look after contract management of our funding bodies, ensures we are complying with contract terms and conditions, generate service operational reports, and provides support for service continuous improvement. The team also measure that our clients are better off as a result of coming to Anglicare WA through Results Based Accountability.

Requirements

For a career in the Service Development and Compliance team you will be required to hold a Bachelor degree in procurement, finance, administration, human services or a related field. Alternatively, if you were interested in measuring client outcomes you would need a Bachelor degree that includes a research or evaluation component.

We have a variety of positions to supporting service operations within Anglicare WA, including Service Support Officers and Client Support Officers. The Service Support team provide place-based site support services, including facilities liaison, meeting logistics and administrative support. You will enjoy making a difference to your community by providing support to the programs and services of Anglicare WA.

Requirements

For a career in Service Support at Anglicare WA you will need to have experience in reception or administration work in a customer service role including data base systems. It is not essential for you to hold a qualification.
