The Finance section of Anglicare WA accounts for revenue, expenditure, salaries, property and the processing of financial transactions, financial reporting and other financial functions.
The Customer Services team focusses on the delivery of training, telephony, document management and travel.
The Information Technology (IT) team utilise new technologies for our programs to be able to provide quality integrated client services to the community. The team aim to increase technological efficiencies within the organisation in terms of better administration, communication and internal service delivery. The team also support system users through help with software and hardware applications and fault correction in networked equipment.
The Facilities Maintenance team ensures we have a safe, effective physical environment that supports and enhances the mission of Anglicare WA. This includes procurement, building maintenance, office relocations, vehicles, and insurance.
Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) at Anglicare WA coordinates and supports our employees to ensure that we are compliant with legislation, develop and implement promotions and strategies designed to increase the general safety culture, does risk assessments, and investigates accidents/incidents.
Requirements
For a career in OSH, IT, or People and Culture at Anglicare WA you are required to hold a tertiary qualification in the relevant field and relevant experience in the related field.For a career in Facilities, Finance, or Customer Services you will need to have relevant experience to the position and are not required to hold a tertiary qualification.

Service Development and Compliance
Our Service Development and Compliance team look after contract management of our funding bodies, ensures we are complying with contract terms and conditions, generate service operational reports, and provides support for service continuous improvement. The team also measure that our clients are better off as a result of coming to Anglicare WA through Results Based Accountability.
Requirements
For a career in the Service Development and Compliance team you will be required to hold a Bachelor degree in procurement, finance, administration, human services or a related field. Alternatively, if you were interested in measuring client outcomes you would need a Bachelor degree that includes a research or evaluation component.
Practice Leaders
Our Practice Leaders work within an advisory and consultative framework and are responsible for advising on the development and maintenance of ethical, effective, evidence-based high quality practice.
The areas our Practice Leaders work across are Housing and Homelessness, Family Dispute Resolution, Counselling and Supervision.
Requirements
A Bachelor degree in Social Work, Community Development or related field is required as well as eligibility for membership of an appropriate professional association.

- Housing assistance - requires Certificate IV in related discipline, or equivalent skills and experience
- Working with separated families - requires minimum Cert IV in related discipline
- Disability services - requires Certificate III in related discipline or equivalent skills and experience
